Content Creation

At our heart, GradyGlobal is a content creation company. We believe that reliable, relevant content — logically organized and clearly communicated — is at the core of every effective learning experience — regardless of the delivery channel. We focus, therefore, on getting the content right — and communicating even the most complex financial subject matter simply, coherently, and contextually.

Experiential Learning Design

GradyGlobal designs hands-on, experiential learning that transforms  content into knowledge — and knowledge into performance. We put ourselves in the shoes of the learner — creating learning experiences that are engaging, interactive, relevant and memorable.  Learners acquire knowledge and skills by listening to industry experts, practicing newly acquired skills, applying theory to real-world scenarios, and sharing best practices with their peers.

We use innovative learning technology to deliver the right content, in the right format, to the right people, at the right time.

On-line Learning

We create dynamic, interactive and accessible learning for computer-based, web-based and mobile delivery using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Lectora Inspire, and Moodle.

Print and Digital Publications

We develop print and digital textbooks, user guides, reference manuals, and performance support tools that can be accessed on smartphones, tablets, and e-readers as well as downloaded as PDF files.

In-Person and Virtual Classroom Training

We develop instructor-led courses that can be delivered in-person or in virtual classroom settings.  We incorporate tools such as interactive whiteboards and videoconferencing software to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning.

Blended Learning

We design blended learning experiences that combine various delivery modes to offer learners the best of all possible worlds. Conceptual content can be delivered in print or on-line while in-class time can be devoted to applying theory to “real world” case studies and sharing best practices with peers. Print and digital performance support tools can be integrated into the learners’ workflow to provide guidance and support precisely at the moment it’s needed.
